If you do not register your Ombre Gut Health Kit ID before mailing your sample, our lab will not be able to send your results to your account.

Customers can request a replacement which will result in a $25 processing fee.

All kits that ship out of our fulfillment center are not registered. Order numbers or customer's name are not tied to a kit ID until it is registered on their Ombre account.
