Once an order has been placed, it is automatically dropped to the shipment queue.

Occasionally, cancellation requests before it ships can be made but changes are not guaranteed nor always possible depending on the order's current state. Orders made on weekends or after business hours may be cancelled next business day, but not guaranteed.

If you need to make a small change to your order after its been placed, reach out to us immediately at support@ombrelab.com with your order number in the subject line.

If a cancellation request is logged after an order has already been shipped out or delivered, it can be processed as a return with a 25% restocking fee + $6 return shipping label and are granted in the form of merchandise credits (gift card).

To submit a return request it must be within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

All sales final, for used, open or registered test kits.

All sales final for probiotics that have been used.

For all international orders, all sales are final.
